I don’t own a printer, and had a prepaid return label I just needed printed and taped to my package. I went to USPS and they refused to print my label and wouldn’t provide tape (which I understand), so I bought tape from them and decided to drive to Mail n Copy to print the label then head back to USPS to mail it. Mail n Copy printed my label, didn’t charge me to print it AND taped it to the box for me, no issue. And then mailed it! Amazing customer service! In a panic he helped save a 4 year olds birthday party. Home printers weren't working so when I went in to ask turn around time, I was told 3-4 days. I had a party that day, 3 hours later and was told if I sent them in store he'd print immediately. He even helped cut them so I didn't have to do 30+ pages by hand. Big printing jobs, the big face posters for graduations and other events, yard signs, but they blessed my socks off last year with making me a last minute banner for an event I had, at the end of their day ON A FRIDAY!!! I had lost my old one and didn't realize I didn't have it until the night before a major event. I meant to share this last summer, but my brain isn't always so helpful! It doesn't negate that everyone in that store is amazing, helpful and always full of talent to bring ideas to fruition!
